Founded in 1173 by Henry the Lion, the Lübeck Cathedral stands out with its Romanesque brick structure. Measuring nearly 132 meters in length and 115 meters in height, it is one of the longest brick churches and houses the distinctive Altar of the Annunciation. This Protestant church is dedicated to Saints John the Baptist, Blaise, Mary, and Nicholas.
