Built between 1747 and 1751 by architect Johann Valentin Thoman, the Osteiner Hof was commissioned by Mainz Elector Johann Friedrich Karl von Ostein. This remarkable baroque structure served as a family residence for the Elector's brother and is now a cultural heritage monument in Rhineland-Palatinate. Standing 25 meters tall, the historic building rises prominently above its surroundings.
