Guided Story
Feel the quiet reverence in the air? Look up, the clean lines of the modern architecture naturally draw your gaze upward. Behind you, this very ground once held the New Synagogue, destroyed during the pogrom of 1938. Today, it stands as a place of remembrance and hope. You might hear the whispers of the past echoing through the walls. Yet, there's also the vibrancy of a new beginning that has taken root here. If you take a few steps further, you might catch a glimpse of the Old Dechantei to the north, another relic of Regensburg's rich tapestry of history.
