Nestled in Wiesbaden's Nerotal, the Leichtweißhöhle once served as a hideout for poacher Heinrich Anton Leichtweiß. From 1789 to 1791, he sought refuge in the cave's natural shelter until smoke led to his discovery. It is now recognized as a cultural heritage monument in Germany.
