Deleting Your Account
You can delete your ID account at any time. Here's what you need to know.
How to Delete
- Go to your Profile
- Scroll to "Delete Account"
- Confirm by entering your password
- Click "Delete Permanently"
What Gets Deleted
- All registered items
- Pet and emergency profiles
- Message history
- Account settings and preferences
What Happens to QR Codes
After deletion:
- Your QR codes show "UUID available"
- Finders cannot contact you
- The codes can be registered by someone else
Important
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. We cannot restore deleted accounts. If you're unsure, consider just removing items instead.
