What would you like to make?
Your Places, your topic, your ideas. Just a few stops can invite people to discover something together.
Family or club walk
Connect favorite Places, add small discovery tasks and get people talking along the way.
Outdoor learning walk
What grows beside the path? Which details tell a story about the past? Your questions invite an accompanied group to observe and discuss.
History or hobby guide
Add your knowledge to the stories of existing Explore Places, with personal stops on a topic you love.
Small visitor guide
A link or QR code opens your guide. Short notes at each stop show visitors what there is to discover on site.

A special Place. Your story to share.
Capture what makes this Place interesting with a name, photo, description and position. Use it on its own or later as a stop in your Trail.
- Share your perspective: Tell its story, point out an interesting detail or add a helpful note for visitors.
- Return to it and reuse it: Manage the Place in your own map and add it to a Trail later without creating it again.
Turn individual Places into your Trail.
Choose existing Explore Places, add personal stops and put them in the right order. Your Trail starts private. You decide when to share it.
- Choose your Places: Search Explore Places by name or nearby. Combine them with your own Places and new stops.
- Give your walk a theme: Arrange at least two stops and add your notes: what can people see, discover or talk about here?
- Invite people to explore: Review your guide and share it by link or QR code. Visitors open the stops right in their browser.

Three stops. One shared discovery.
A meeting point, something to discover and a shared finish: just a few stops give your next walk a theme.
- 1. Start together: A familiar Explore Place provides the meeting point and the first story. Your note sets the scene for the walk.
- 2. Take a closer look: A personal stop invites observation: discover different leaf shapes or spot an unusual detail on a building.
- 3. Get people talking: At the final Place, share what you discovered. A finishing question connects the stops into your own experience.
Questions about creating and sharing
Only you can view a private Trail. Anyone with the link or QR code can open an unlisted Trail; access is not restricted to invited people. Public Trails can also be discovered through associated Places.
Personal means that you manage the Place. Active Place links show the name, photo, description and position publicly, even when a Trail containing that Place is private. Only add information you want to share, not sensitive home addresses or personal details.
Places and Trails have their own allowances, separate from items, pets and emergency cards. The builder shows how many more you can create. Find current plans and options for commercial use on the pricing page.
Signed-in visitors can save visits at eligible Explore Places. Earlier visits and visits from other Trails also count toward progress. Your personal stops are for reading and following, without recorded check-ins. A QR scan alone does not save a visit.
No. A browser and internet are enough to read a shared guide. Visitors who want to save visits at eligible Explore Places need an account.
