Let finders reach you.

Give your keys, backpack or luggage a way back to you. Finders scan the QR label and message you right in the browser – no app, no account and no need to print your phone number on the label.

Be reachable in three steps

Set it up once, so someone who finds your belonging knows how to reach you.

  • 1. Create your item: Add a name, photo and helpful description so a finder can recognize which belonging the code is for.
  • 2. Attach your label: Download the label PDF, print it at home and attach the QR code where it is easy to spot. Give it a quick test with your phone.
  • 3. Arrange a return: The finder scans the code and writes to you. Read the message in your itemID inbox and work out the handover together.

Stay reachable. Choose what you share.

A direct way to contact you, without putting your phone number or email address on the label.

  • Simply send a message

Finders open the item page in their browser and can write to you without creating an account.

  • You choose what to share

Your account phone number and email address are not automatically shown. Share the details needed for the handover in the conversation.

Reachable even when nothing is lost.

A QR label on your vehicle can make contact easier too. For non-urgent messages; the usual reporting duties still apply after an accident. In an emergency, call the emergency services.

  • A light left on: Someone notices the light is still on and can send you a heads-up, without looking for a phone number on your vehicle.
  • A parking scrape: The label lets someone start a conversation with you for additional coordination after a parking scrape.

Make your first belonging reachable
