What does my dashboard show?

Your personal dashboard

The dashboard is your landing page after logging in. It gives you a comprehensive overview of everything happening on your account.

Dashboard sections

The dashboard is divided into several sections that appear based on your usage:

  1. Welcome stats: Shows the total number of your active IDs, messages, and check-ins
  2. Achievements: Your latest and next achievable badges
  3. Explorer progress: Your exploration progress when using city trails or your own trails
  4. Needs attention: Cards for lost items, unread messages, or facilities needing maintenance
  5. Your IDs: A preview of your most recently created or updated IDs
  6. Messages preview: The latest unread conversations

New users

If you haven't created any IDs yet, the dashboard shows an onboarding guide to help you create your first ID.

Discover cards

At the bottom of the dashboard you'll find discover cards that introduce new features like city exploration or facility management — perfect if you haven't explored all possibilities yet.
