How does the newsletter work?

The itemID Newsletter

Stay informed about new features, product updates, and tips for getting the most out of itemID. Our newsletter is optional and you can unsubscribe at any time.

How to Subscribe

You can subscribe to the newsletter in three ways:

1. Footer form — use the signup form at the bottom of any page
2. Homepage — look for the newsletter section on the homepage
3. During registration — check the newsletter checkbox when creating your account

Double Opt-In (DOI)

To comply with GDPR, we use a double opt-in process:

1. Enter your email address and accept the consent checkbox
2. You'll receive a confirmation email
3. Click the confirmation link in that email to activate your subscription

Until you confirm, you won't receive any newsletter emails.

How to Unsubscribe

There are two ways to unsubscribe:

• Profile page — go to your profile settings and toggle the newsletter subscription off
• Email link — click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter email

What Data Do We Store?

We store your email address, language preference, and subscription status. This data is also shared with our email service provider (Brevo) to deliver the newsletter. For full details, see our privacy policy.
