Yes, you can assign a pre-printed label's UUID to an existing item. Messages automatically migrate to the new UUID.

Go to the item → Label → choose a design → Download PDF or Print. Also available as PNG, email, or share link.

Possessed (default), Lost, Stolen, Found, Lent. You can change the status anytime from the item detail page.

You can reprint anytime — the QR code stays the same. No data loss. We recommend laminating for extra durability.

Scan QR → log in → create item with pre-filled UUID → enter PIN. Or assign to an existing item. Pre-printed labels don't count against your free quota.
