Changing a QR Code
You can link a new QR code to an existing item โ for example, if your old label is damaged.
When to Change
- Old label is damaged or unreadable
- You bought pre-printed labels
- You want a different design or format
How It Works
- Go to the item in your dashboard
- Choose "Assign new label"
- Enter the new UUID and PIN
- Confirm the change
What Gets Transferred
- All item information
- Chat history
- Status settings
Important
The old QR code becomes inactive โ scans will show "not found". Make sure to remove or destroy old labels to avoid confusion.
