How does city claiming work? (For organizations)

Tourism organizations and city marketing agencies can officially claim their city on itemID. This gives them editorial control over the city page and its content.

How Do I Apply for City Claiming?

1. Create a organization account on itemID
2. Apply for city claiming through the management dashboard
3. After review and approval, you get access to the city editor

Personal Places and Official POIs

Users can still create their own personal places and trails in your city. Official POIs are prominently highlighted and maintained by the city administration.
