Empty areas and getting-started help

itemID always shows helpful content in empty areas so you know what to do next.

Dashboard without IDs

If you haven't created any IDs yet, an onboarding area appears that introduces the different ID types and invites you to create your first ID.

My IDs without entries

The My IDs page shows a friendly empty message with a direct link to create a new ID.

Discover cards

At the bottom of the dashboard, discover cards appear that highlight features you haven't tried yet β€” like city exploration, trail creation, or facility management.
