What does "Needs Attention" mean?

Needs attention

The "Needs Attention" section on your dashboard highlights situations that require your action.

When does it appear?

The section is displayed when at least one of the following conditions is true:

  • An item or pet has the status "Lost" and there are new finder messages
  • A facility has received a new incident report
  • You have unread messages that have been waiting for more than 24 hours

What can I do?

Each attention card contains a direct link to the affected ID or conversation. Tap it to address the situation.

How does it disappear?

The section disappears automatically when you've addressed all open items β€” for example, marking the item as "Found" or reading all messages.
