Finders scan the QR → send a message from the item page. You receive it in real-time or via notification. Personal details are never revealed.

Email notifications (all users), push notifications (Plus only), in-app unread badge. Push requires browser permission.

Archive or mute conversations. Guest messages are protected by captcha, rate limiting, and automated abuse detection. Report abusive messages through the app.
