Community Topics
Each Community Network has one or more topics that organise the types of alerts members can create and receive.
Common Topics
- Lost Items: Alerts about missing belongings — keys, wallets, bags, and more
- Missing Pets: Alerts when a pet has gone missing in the area
- Medical Alerts: Alerts about missing persons with medical IDs — helping locate vulnerable individuals quickly
- Stolen Items: Alerts about theft in the area
- Emergencies: Urgent alerts that need immediate attention
- General: Community-wide announcements or other updates
How to Choose Topics
When you join a community, you can select which topics you want to subscribe to. You only receive alerts for the topics you choose. You can update your topic preferences at any time from the community settings.
Why Topics Matter
Topics keep your notifications relevant. If you only care about lost pets, you will not be bothered by alerts about lost items — and vice versa.
