Analyzing reports

itemID provides operators with insights into the condition reports received for their facilities.

Available analytics

  • Report count: Total number of reports per facility and time period
  • Category breakdown: Distribution by feedback category (Damaged, Dirty, etc.)
  • Timeline: Reports over time to identify trends
  • Status history: History of status changes

Where do I find analytics?

Analytics are found on each facility's edit page in the "Reports" section. Additionally, the facilities overview shows a total overview of all facilities.

Export

Pro and Enterprise users can export report data as CSV for processing in external tools.
