What feedback categories are available?

Feedback categories for facilities

When reporting a facility's condition, you choose a category that best describes the issue.

Standard categories

• Damaged: Visible damage to the facility (cracks, broken parts, etc.)
• Dirty: Contamination, litter, or graffiti on the facility
• Malfunction: The facility doesn't work as expected
• Safety hazard: Potential danger for users (sharp edges, loose parts, etc.)
• General feedback: Improvement suggestions or other comments

Customizable categories

Facility operators can customize the available categories when registering the facility, enabling or disabling certain categories depending on the type of facility.

Priority

Reports in the "Safety hazard" category are automatically marked as high priority and appear prominently in the "Needs Attention" section of the operator's dashboard.
