Managing facility status
Each facility on itemID has a status that reflects its current condition.
Status options
- Operational (Green): The facility works perfectly and is usable
- Maintenance Needed (Yellow): There are reports that require attention
- Out of Service (Red): The facility is currently not usable
Changing status
As an operator, you can change the status at any time on the facility's edit page. The new status is immediately displayed on the public detail page and in the facilities overview.
Automatic status suggestions
When multiple reports of the same category come in for a facility, itemID automatically suggests a status change (e.g., from "Operational" to "Maintenance Needed").
Status in the facilities overview
In the facilities overview (Facilities filter on the My IDs page), each facility is shown with a colored marker on the map — so you can instantly see which facilities need attention.
