Yes — on each facility detail page you can see report counts, categories, and trends over time.
Yes — you receive in-app notifications and optionally email notifications for new condition reports.
Visitors see the facility name, current status, a description, and the feedback form.
Open the facility in My IDs, click "Print Label," and choose a weatherproof format in the label generator.
Change your facility status via the detail page: Operational, Maintenance Needed, or Out of Service.
Categories include damage, contamination, malfunction, safety hazard, and general feedback.
Tap "+", select "Facility," and enter name, location, and an optional description. Then print the QR code.
Scan the QR code on the facility, choose a category, and describe the issue. No account needed.
