Printing a QR label for facilities
A clearly visible QR code on the facility is the key to a successful feedback system.
Creating a label
- Go to "My IDs" and find your facility
- Open the three-dot menu and select "Print Label"
- The label generator opens with various templates
- Choose a suitable template (recommended: weatherproof variant)
- Optionally customize the text (e.g., "Report Condition")
- Download the label as PDF
Placement tips
- Print on weatherproof material (laminated or sticker)
- Place the QR code at eye level
- Choose a clearly visible position on the facility
- Optionally add a short note like "Report condition โ scan QR code"
