The public facility page
When someone scans the QR code on a facility, they're redirected to the public detail page.
What is displayed?
- Facility name: The name given by the operator
- Status badge: Colored indicator of current condition (Operational, Maintenance, Out of Service)
- Description: Optional description text from the operator
- Location: Map with the facility's position
- Photo: Optional image of the facility
Feedback form
Below the facility information is the feedback form where visitors can directly submit a condition report โ without registration.
Previous reports
Depending on the operator's settings, previous reports may be publicly visible so visitors can see if an issue has already been reported.
