Will I be notified about new reports?

Notifications for facility operators

As a facility operator on itemID, you're automatically informed about new condition reports.

In-app notifications

New reports appear as notifications in your itemID account. You'll see them in the notification center and in the "Needs Attention" section of your dashboard.

Email notifications

Optionally, you can enable email notifications to be informed even when you're not logged into the app. Find the setting under Account Settings → Notifications.

High-priority reports

Reports in the "Safety hazard" category are always sent as push notification and email, regardless of your notification settings.
