How do I register a facility?

Registering a facility

Registering a facility on itemID takes just a few minutes. Afterward, you'll receive a QR code to place on the facility.

Step by step

1. Tap the "+" icon in the navigation
2. Select "Facility" from the "Explore & Manage" group
3. Enter a descriptive name (e.g., "City Park North Playground")
4. Set the location on the map
5. Optionally add a description and photo
6. Choose the feedback categories relevant to this facility
7. Save the facility

Placing the QR code

After saving, a QR code is automatically generated. Print it using the label generator and place it weatherproof on the facility — ideally visible to passersby.

Quota

The number of facilities you can register depends on your plan. The free plan allows up to 3 facilities.
