Facility feedback on itemID
The facility feedback system allows operators of public or private facilities to collect condition reports from users โ quickly, anonymously, and digitally.
How does it work?
- The operator registers a facility on itemID (ID type: Facility)
- A QR code is placed on the facility
- Passersby scan the QR code to report the facility's condition
- The operator sees the reports in their dashboard
Examples of facilities
- Playgrounds and play equipment
- Park benches and seating
- Public restrooms
- Waste bins and recycling stations
- Sports facilities and exercise equipment
- Lighting and infrastructure
Who can report?
Anyone with a smartphone can submit a condition report โ even without an itemID account. The QR code leads directly to the feedback page.
