Submitting a condition report
When you see an itemID QR code on a facility, you can quickly and easily report its condition.
How it works
- Scan the QR code with your smartphone camera
- You'll be redirected to the facility's feedback page
- Choose a feedback category (e.g., "Damaged," "Dirty," "Not working")
- Optionally add a description and photo
- Submit the report
No account required
You don't need an itemID account to submit a report. The feedback page is publicly accessible and the report is recorded anonymously.
What happens after reporting?
The facility operator receives a notification about the new report and can update the facility's status accordingly.
