What Are Pre-Printed Labels?

Pre-printed labels are professionally manufactured QR code labels available in our online shop. Unlike self-printed labels, these are made from durable, weatherproof materials with UV-resistant ink — designed to last for years even in harsh outdoor conditions.

Each pre-printed label comes with a unique UUID and PIN code printed on the packaging. These credentials are what link the physical label to your digital itemID account.

Activating Your Labels

When you receive your pre-printed labels, activating them is simple:

• Log into your ID account
• Navigate to "Activate Label" in your dashboard
• Enter the UUID and PIN code from the label packaging
• Assign the label to a new or existing item

Once activated, the label is permanently linked to your item and works just like any other itemID QR code. You can change the item assignment later if needed, but the label itself is bound to your account.

Available Formats

Our shop offers labels in various formats: standard stickers, key tags, luggage tags, pet collar tags, and emergency card formats. Each format is optimized for its intended use case, with appropriate sizing and materials.
