The itemID Management Portal is a dedicated B2B dashboard for organizations that use itemID to connect their physical products with digital experiences. It provides a centralized hub for managing licensed products, tracking customer engagement, and running campaigns — all powered by QR code and NFC technology.

Product Management

Create and configure licensed products that connect to the itemID platform. Each product gets its own activation experience, including branded welcome messages, exclusive digital content, and certificates of authenticity. Manage product catalogs, distribution channels, and inventory across your entire portfolio.

UUID & PIN Batch Generation

Generate batches of unique identifiers (UUIDs) paired with secure six-character PINs for your merchandise. Export the batch as a CSV containing each UUID, PIN, QR URL, and golden-ticket status for production.

Analytics & Reporting

Track generated and registered IDs through the analytics dashboard. View registration rates, daily registrations, geographic and device breakdowns, and product performance.
