Can't Log In?

If you're having trouble accessing your itemID account, don't worry β€” most login issues have simple solutions. Here are the most common problems and how to resolve them quickly so you can get back to managing your items.

Forgotten Password

If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter the email address associated with your account, and we'll send you a password reset link. The link expires after 60 minutes for security, so use it promptly. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or request a new link.

Email Not Verified

Your account requires email verification before you can log in. If you haven't verified your email, look for the verification email we sent during registration. Click the verification link to activate your account. If the link has expired, you can request a new verification email from the login page.

Account Locked

After multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked for security. This lock automatically expires after a short waiting period (usually 15 minutes). Do not continue attempting to log in during this time, as it may extend the lockout. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.
